Franck VIAL reserves the right to modify the price of the referenced services.

However, a service ordered will always be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to acceptance of the latter.

Franck VIAL reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of an overloaded schedule given that there is no subcontracting of services which are carried out by Franck VIAL herself.

A proposed date will then be established between the parties in order to satisfy requests as soon as possible.

The customer has a period of 8 months to agree on the appointment corresponding to the services ordered or offered and Franck VIAL undertakes to carry out these as soon as possible according to everyone's availability.

Beyond the 8 months, if the customer has not come forward, the sums remain acquired by the company, no reimbursement being provided for.

Article 4 - Validation of the order

Article 5 - Payment
